UniFi

Best network system by far. I dumped Eero for UniFi and it is night and day better. Support, features, build quality, aesthetics - all top notch. You won't be wishing for a feature, or a specific product. They have thought of it all. Oh, they have a web interface to manage your networks (vlans, failovers, wifi, devices, etc.) not just one phone app!

I have to use a phone app to work on my network??? The app is definitely not intuitive and there is no way to login into my devices without the password... WHICH I don't know. There's nothing in the app that says "forget your password" or anything. It just sits there asking for the login. I am not paying for a service for my home network that I used to be able to manage just fine in my browser. JUNK!

Since some recent update, I cannot make any changes to a standalone AP I've had for years. The error message is less than helpful, telling me my configuration could not be saved. Reinstalling the app, updating, resetting the device, still can't make any changes. I effectively have a paperweight suspended from my ceiling. Not happy.
